Quansys Biosciences, a Spendlove Research company, is dedicated to the development of protein arrays to aide researchers and clinicians in better understanding, diagnosing, and treating disease.

Quansys Biosciences is revolutionizing the process and results of multiplexed ELISAs. Quansys multiplex ELISA, known as the Q-Plex™ technology, is a fully quantitative ELISA-based test where up to 25 distinct capture antibodies have been deposited to each well of a 96 or 384-well plate in a defined array. Each spot represents a distinct capture antibody population. Using less than 30 µl of sample, up to 84 different samples can be assayed for all 25 unique analytes in less than 2.5 hours using one ELISA test kit. All of the antibodies used in the Q-Plex Arrays have been subjected to a rigorous and comprehensive cross reactivity protocol and verified to be non-cross reactive with any other system in the array. Detection of this array is performed using the Q-View Imager or other alternative imaging systems. The image is then auto-processed using Q-View Software and sample concentrations for each analyte are reported.

Quansys Q-Plexâ„¢ Array is an invaluable tool for the simultaneous detection of multiple analytes, providing a platform that overcomes the shortfalls of both conventional assays and predecessor multiplex assays to provide the researcher an easy and cost-effective means of exploring the complexity and range of many biological analytes. In short, Q-Plexâ„¢ Array is faster, simpler and far less expensive than traditional ELISA tests and yields exponentially more data using only minimal sample amounts.
